~ 2019 Breedings ~
We are hoping to have all of our babies bottle raised to ENSURE they are super friendly & people oriented. We will be selling kids after 4-6 wks of age w/ASSURANCE that they are bottle raised by their new owners until weaning age of 9-12 wks.
The kids 1 week and older will be on 3x a day bottle feedings, approximately 7am, 2pm, 10pm. They will have their first CDT vaccine, dewormer, and coccidia treatment. All kids will come with a "NEW GOAT OWNER GOODY BAG" which includes a bottle, nipple, next doses of any medications w/instructions, current feed including loose goat minerals, baby goat grain and a small amount of hay to slowly transition to the feed of your choice. Your goody bags also have print off's of our very helpful New Goat Owner pages for you to use & learn from. The babies will be bottle fed 50/50 fresh goats milk and Whole Cows milk (the basic Vitamin D Whole Cows milk from the grocery store) to make it easier to transition to a 100% Whole Milk diet in their new home. WE DO NOT ADVISE USING ANY MILK REPLACERS! We will provide you with enough goats milk to safely & slowly transition to the 100% Whole Milk feeding routine during their first week in your home.
** All Doe & Buck kids will be ADGA registered, tattooed & disbudded/polled before leaving our farm .
** All wethers will be disbudded/polled before leaving our farm & will have a waiver from buyers that the male kid be brought back at 9-12 weeks old to be wethered at no cost. We will also update their vaccines & deworming at this time if you'd like, no cost.
** We will discount 10% for doe and buck kids picked up at 4-6 weeks of age. (doesn't include wethers)
** Wethers are discounted $175 for pair of 2, no additional discount and must be picked up before 8 weeks.

DISCOUNTS: I offer $50 off to proven 4H homes, ADGA show homes, DHIA Milk testing herds, and/or Linear Appraisal herds. If you are interested in purchasing an animal please email me at [email protected]. We will discount 10% of purchase price for kids picked up at 4-6 weeks of age. ).

Prior to kids birth, a simple reservation list/notation will be kept and once kid is available I will contact those on the reservation list to proceed with deposits, contracts & payment. A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold a kid of your choice until it is ready (approx. 6-10 wks old). Health Certificate is required for out of state sales, cost as of Jan 2019 is $100 per Health Certificate to be paid by buyer (multiple kids going to the same destination entered on the same Health Certificate are discounted). Any additional required testing or permits are at the buyers expense and must be determined 30 days before transport/departure. Airline crate is required for all air-shipped kids ($150-$300). Transport to/from airport for air-shipped kids approx $50-$75. Airline costs will be determined by destination & airline. We will ship out of Portland International Airport/PDX, Portland, Oregon.
